Holiday Message

The holiday season is one of my favorite times in Moreno Valley. The City truly comes alive, from sparkling lights in our neighborhoods, to families gathering to share laughter, love, and traditions. It’s a time to slow down, reflect on the blessings in our lives, and appreciate the incredible sense of community that makes MoVal such a special place to call home.

This season also brings countless opportunities and reasons to celebrate together. From Snow Day and our Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony, to shopping local and supporting our small businesses, there’s something magical about seeing our community come together in the spirit of joy and giving. These traditions remind us that the heart of Moreno Valley isn’t just in our parks, shops, or streets: it’s the people who make this city shine.

As we inch closer to wrapping up another amazing year, I’m filled with gratitude for each and every member of our community. Your kindness, compassion, hard work, and dedication continue to move our community forward. Together, we’ve built a city that’s stronger, more connected, and full of promise for the future.

On behalf of the entire City Council and City staff, I wish you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season and a happy, healthy new year. May your days be filled with warmth, laughter, and the spirit of togetherness that makes Moreno Valley so extraordinary.
