Plastic Surgeons from LLU Health to Share Beauty and Health Advances at Seminar

Loma Linda University (LLU) Health System Department of Plastic Surgery will host its popular Health and Beauty Seminar on Aug. 23, featuring lectures and demonstrations to help people look and feel more attractive and improve their health. The free seminar is from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Loma Linda University Health System Plastic Surgery Clinic, 25805 Barton Rd., Suite 101, Loma Linda, Calif. 92354. “The popular Health and Beauty Seminar has become one of the signature events of our department because of the tremendous interest people have about what they can do to maintain or improve their health and appearance,” said Dr. Subhas Gupta, chairman of Loma Linda University Health System Department of Plastic Surgery. “This year’s seminar promises to be a wonderful afternoon of learning and sharing information about health and beauty in a very friendly setting.” Highly regarded plastic surgeons from the department will showcase some of the newest and most advanced techniques and answer questions on different health and beauty topics. The schedule of lectures and demonstrations is as follows: 2:30 p.m. – Cosmetic facial injection demonstration; 3:15 p.m. – Options for breast enhancement; 4 p.m. – Healthy eating for anti-aging. Participants in the seminar will receive discounts for treatments and skin care products.
