The Storytelling Through Photography exhibition is a profound showcase of creativity and expression, drawing inspiration from Jon Henry's renowned work Stranger Fruit. This exhibition presents a compelling collection of photographs taken by 297 students from twelve different schools. Each piece delves into complex themes such as grief, racism, and the journey of self-discovery, reflecting the depth of young artists' perspectives and their insightful engagement with societal issues. The event is a testament to the power of photography as a medium for storytelling, offering viewers a window into the diverse experiences and inner worlds of students in the Inland Empire. Through their lenses, these young photographers capture the essence of personal and collective narratives, inspired by the thematic richness of Henry's work.
