David Raley is seeking re-election to the Conservation District’s Board. He is a retired Colonel and former CEO of the Norton (Now Alta Vista) Credit Union.

David E. Raley’s term as the Redlands area representative on the SBV Water Conservation District Board ends in December and he would sincerely love to serve you  for another term.

The Conservation District Board is exceptionally well-balanced with a healthy mix of perspectives, cooperation and dedication. Their principal mission is to make sure that the water agencies have an ample supply of water so that when you turn on the tap you receive quality water at the lowest possible cost.

Raley’s area of expertise is financial management. He works to ensure the others understand the financial issues, while proposing cost effective solutions. He is very proud of the Conservation District’s exceptional financial success since Raley was elected, but the bulk of the credit is due to the Board working as a team with their outstanding General Manager Daniel Cozad. Mr. Cozad is very creative, forward looking and effective.

Raley wants the effectively balanced representation kept on the Board. The Conservation District has an important leadership team in protecting and enhancing the amount of water available in the Bunker Hill Basin.

Raley is proud to be a part of this cost conscious and effective team:

Richard Corneille is the President and provides them with his excellent engineering prospective.

Melody McDonald is the Vice President and she provides valuable historical back ground information.  Melody is active and effective in ensuring the District is represented with both local and State organizations.

John Longville, a former State Assembly Member, gives the Board important guidance on local and State policies and legislation. John is very effective in the District’s local outreach efforts.

T Milford Harrison is the point person for local outreach efforts and provides a careful study of new policies and procedures. He helps the Board to clearly understand the consequences of their votes.

Raley manages Donald Singer’s campaign for re-election to the San Bernardino Community College Board, while running his own SAVE DAILY VOTE RALEY campaign.
