Multi-Car Crash on Preston

August 31, 2018, around 2:15 pm, there was a three-car crash at the corner of Barton Road and Preston Street in Grand Terrace. The crash involved a BMW, Jeep, and an Acura, with the BMW impacted with a crushing hit to the front. 

Two of the drivers could be seen being put into an ambulance by first responders around 2:30 pm. While the third driver, at the time, was taken to sit in the shade at a nearby bus stop to check his vitals, until another ambulance arrived. There were no additional passengers in any of the 3 vehicles. 

It was not clear at the time what caused this 3 car crash. The fire crews are working to clear the scene as all those involved in the crash have been treated and transported.
