The Joni and Friends, Wheels for the World, Inland Empire team will hold their annual wheelchair drive on Saturday, April 18, at the Redlands First Baptist Church, and Monday through Friday, April 13 through 17, at the Colton Seventh Day Adventist Church. As you are doing your spring cleaning, have you found a wheelchair or mobility equipment that you are no longer using? Now is the time to donate it to Joni and Friends and the wheelchairs and other items collected will be cleaned, refurbished and distributed free to children and adults with disabilities worldwide. In 20 years, donors like you have helped to deliver over 100,000 wheelchairs worldwide to children and families. Joni and Friends have set a goal of another 100,000 by 2020. Can you help us reach this goal by donating and contacting friends and relatives who can help us? Items needed: wheelchairs (manual, any size/type); wheelchair footrests (any size/type); walkers (collapsible); crutches and canes (aluminum). Date: Saturday, April 18 Time: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Place: The First Baptist Church 51 W. Olive Ave., Redlands, CA 92373 Or drop off your wheelchair at: Colton Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1291 N.
