LOMA LINDA >> In October, the University Realty held it’s ‘Re-Brand Opening,’ which featured a Gold Ribbon cutting officiated by State Senator Mike Morrell’s Representative Shane Massoud. Community members gathered together to celebrate the opening including Socorro Pantaleon, Field Representative for Assemblyman Marc Steinorth; Rebecca Ross, Director of Franchise Development at Realogy Franchise and Hector Diaz, Brand Ambassador at Century 21. More than 100 people came out to help owners Scott and Terri Stockdale celebrate the re-branding of University Realty. University Realty was started by Lillian Miller in 1954, and has served three generations of investors, buyers, sellers and renters. Scott said they felt they could serve their customers better by adding the Century 21 brand to University Realty. “Century 21 is the leading Global real estate organization and it provides an exceptional platform of technology and education that helps my agents better serve our customers,” Scott said. "University Realty is here to stay - we added the Century 21 branding to an already great company.” Many friends and customers came by to help celebrate with a quick tour of the remodeled office more modern, light and comfortable, and to enjoy a bite of strawberry shortcake. University Realty is located at 11156 Anderson St, Loma Linda, CA 92354.
