Seats Still Available for “Veritas” Cconcert in Loma Linda Aug. 26

Multi-Grammy award winner Sandi Patty has described their classical style and sound as “like hearing five Josh Grobans at the same time,” and on August 26 local music lovers will get to judge if she was right.  That’s when classical-Christian crossover singers “Veritas” are scheduled to perform their first full Inland Empire concert at the University Church in Loma Linda.

Tickets are still available online or by telephone for the concert at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30.  They will not be sold at the church on the night of the performance, according to local concert coordinator Dr. Bob Soderblom.

Tickets are available in advance from iTickets.com, either online or by telephone at (800) 965-9324.  They range in price from $10 to $30, Soderblom says, and popular credit cards are accepted.  The $30 “prime” tickets provide up-front seating with early admittance (6 p.m.) and opportunities for meeting and photos with the musical artists, he adds

The five singers comprising Veritas are Jeff Anderson, first tenor; James Berrian, baritone; Andrew Goodwin, second tenor; Jordan Johnson, first tenor; and Lucas Scott Lawrence, bass.  They chose the group’s name – Latin for “truth” – to reflect their spiritual and musical values, they explain.

Ticketholders are assured of seating within their respective price-range section, but individual seat choices within the section are first-come, first-served, Soderblom advises.  Tickets purchased from iTickets are subject to a nominal added service charge.

Concertgoers will have access to free parking in a covered structure across from University Church, which is at 11125 Campus St. in Loma Linda.  A dedicated local telephone line provides free recorded concert information and directions at (909) 795-4960.

Collaborating with the host church in sponsorship of the Veritas concert are Calimesa Community Concerts and the Calimesa Seventh-day Adventist Church.
