Patients Check In Online for Urgent Care

LOMA LINDA>> Patients with non-life threatening injuries or illnesses can now check in online and wait at home. Loma Linda University Health’s Urgent Care is now offering an online check-in system that will allow patients to do a majority of their waiting in the comfort of their home. Patients can now visit urgent-care.lomalindahealth.org to check in to Urgent Care. The online system will provide the first available reservation time. While the reservation times are not a guarantee of when the patient will be seen, the staff will do its best to see each patient as soon as possible. If there are patients with higher acuity, they may be seen first. Patients are encouraged to be on time to their reservation. While there is a 15-minute grace period for every reservation, patients may lose their spot in line if they are late and will instead be treated as a walk-in patient. The online check-in is free for everyone, no matter what insurance the patient may have or whether they have any insurance. Urgent Care is open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week including holidays, and is located at 25333 Barton Road, Loma Linda, on the southeast corner of Barton and Benton, at Loma Linda University Medical Center – East Campus. Walk-in services are always available during business hours, and patients are treated based on the severity of their illness or injury.
