Two Suspects Arrested Near Loma Linda Medical Center

LOMA LINDA>> On Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2016 Deputies from the Sheriff's Central Station and Loma Linda Police, were dispatched to the Loma Linda University Medical Center in the old parking structure, in regards to a suspicious circumstances call. Two suspects, later identified as Marcelino Aguirre, 19-year-old resident of San Bernardino, and Henry Changwo, 25-year-old resident of San Bernardino, were looking into parked vehicles. LLUMC Security had the suspects detained on Campus Street and found they were in possession of burglary tools including metal picks, shaved keys, a glass breaking device and metal files. During the investigation deputies learned that Aguirre and Changwo were looking into vehicles and checking vehicle doors handles to see if they were unlocked. They did not find any vehicles unlocked so they left the location. Aguirre was in possession of methamphetamine. Aguirre and Changwo were arrested and booked into the Central Detention Center for PC182 Conspiracy.
